Engaging in counselling has to feel right for you. You need to feel safe and trusting in developing a relationship with whoever you choose as a therapist. My initial consultation is free to help us establish if we feel comfortable to work together.
Thereafter I charge £45 per session with some concessions available.
I can offer concessions for key workers, low waged and those working in the health and emergency services. This can be discussed in the initial consultation.
