Talk for Mindline Volunteers

On 24th April 2017 I went to the Albemarle Centre in Taunton to deliver a talk to Mindline volunteers.
Mindline is a free service provided by the Charity Mind in Taunton and West Somerset. It consists of a phone line manned by volunteers and is available for anyone experiencing mental health difficulties.
Their number is 01823 276892 and they are open every evening 8pm to 11pm apart from Mondays and Thursdays.

In my talk, I shared my story from addiction to recovery as well as my professional experience in working with those experiencing mental health problems. I also answered questions from volunteers.
